Coordinate daily store operations and support the team in serving customers well. Proposed responsibilities • Allocate tasks and monitor department readiness, store cleanliness and product availability. • Support colleagues with customer enquiries and follow up operational concerns. • Follow store opening and closing procedures, record issues and escalate them to the appropriate teams.
