Who collects this. Deal is responsible for the details you enter in the application form on this page.
What we collect. Your full name, email address, mobile number, the role you are applying for, the optional note you write, your answers to the role's questions where it asks any, and your résumé where you attach one.
The role's questions. A hiring manager may add questions specific to each role, such as your experience or when you could start. Your answers are stored with your application and seen only by the people who can see the application itself. Please do not include anything the questions do not ask for.
Your résumé. You may attach one PDF or Word file (DOCX or DOC) of up to 5 MB; some roles require one. The file is kept in private storage that is not open to the public and cannot be reached through any public link. If your application is not completed, the file is not kept.
Checking the file. Every file is scanned automatically for malicious software before anyone can open it. A file the scan rejects is deleted at once, and your application stays without it. If the scan cannot be completed, the file is kept but nobody can open it.
Why we collect it. To consider your application for the role you selected or, for a general application, when a suitable role opens. Your details are never used for marketing.
Your consent. Consent to processing is required for us to receive the application at all. Consent to keeping your details on file for future roles is separate and optional, and is not asked for on a general application.
Who sees it. Deal's Careers reviewers and managers only, through an internal system protected by permissions. Only they can open your résumé, and every download of it is recorded. We do not sell your details and we do not share them with advertisers.
How long we keep it. Applications are deleted manually by an administrator; this version has no automatic expiry. Your answers and your résumé are kept for as long as your application is. You can ask for deletion at any time.
Your rights. To access, correct or delete your details, write to HR@dealcompany.sa. A deletion permanently removes your details, your answers, your résumé file and the reviewer notes attached to them; the application is not deleted unless the file is deleted with it.
Automated-submission checks. This page may use a third-party verification widget to prevent automated submissions. That widget is not sent the contents of your application.
